Tatweer Misr was launched with its flagship project the IL Monte Galala, a singular concept defined in an innovative and complex residential and tourism resort located in Ain Sokhna.
Delivery of Phase one of the project is expected to start in 2019.

In the short term, IL Monte Galala will be complemented by Fouka Bay, Tatweer Misr’s second development, located in the Ras Al-Hikmah area of the North Coast, which is set to be launched in 2016.
